This week is "EAT LOTS OF VEGETABLE WEEK" for me.
Mon thru Wed I had Kimuchi soup hotpot with several kind of vegetables.
I was kinda tired of that soup, so yesterday I made Tonjiru.
It was my first time to cook it.
I checked a website telling how to cook and made my first Tonjiru.
It's easy to make and also tasty.
I'm going to make it with different vegetables next time.
(This time, I used carrot, onion,pumpkin,burdock and of course pork!)
